The staff here was very nice and attentive; the location is great, right by the highway and close to the Puy de Dome with beautiful scenery around.

Nice parking and friendly reception. We managed to park right in front, and the front desk lady was welcoming. the Wi-Fi was also reliable. Plus, the location was very convenient as we had to be close to an important client's office.

The room was claustrophobic, too tight for two people and their luggage, and there was a strange smell. the bathroom was cramped too.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, saving us the hassle of finding a place to eat. The location of the hotel was also perfect for our hike in the nearby Chaîne des Puys, making it convenient for outdoor enthusiasts like us.

One downside was the lack of space in our room. It seemed cramped, possibly because they had to fit in an extra bed, which was understandable but still inconvenient.
